A. Yes - Delivery is guaranteed. If your order does not arrive by day 20 after shipment, your order will be resent at our cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded (per request).

Q. How quickly are orders shipped?

Q. What if my order does not arrive?
A. The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low (less than 1%). HotDrugs offers you a delivery guarantee - your order will be resent or we will reimburse you in full in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct.
