Refund Policy

We are a retail pharmacy selling Generic Medication approved by FDA standards, under a US doctors control. We are to give a full refund to our Customers if any of the rules of HotDrugs policy is broken:

  • If for any reason the order does not arrive within 20 BUSINESS days (Please NOTE we do not count Saturdays and Sundays) and you refuse to accept a free new shipment from us, we will gladly reimburse you with another product of the same value or issue you a full refund.

  • If you change your mind you may cancel the order before it has been shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We will do a refund to your credit card asap.

  • If your order arrives and the shipping container is crushed, folded or severely damaged, a new item will be shipped free of charge.


We wish to draw your attention to the fact that if you would like a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We can not grant a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.
